We hope this message finds you well. As you know Glenn Robinson has been sitting as Interim CEO after Ben Jacksons departure earlier this year. There were some initial questions raised from you as to why an Interim CEO was needed rather than a permanent CEO position. Well, we are thrilled to share some exciting news with you. After thoughtful consideration and careful planning, we are delighted to announce that Active Care Network and Peppercorn have successfully partnered to create a more robust and comprehensive network of services.

First and foremost, we want to express our gratitude for the trust you've placed in Active Care Network for your Community Transport needs, some of you many many years. We understand that change can be a bit overwhelming, and we want to assure you that our commitment to your comfort and well-being remains steadfast.

With this partnership, we are excited to introduce you to a broader spectrum of services designed to enhance your overall experience. Active Care Network has joined forces with Peppercorn, a leader in the Hawkesbury and Nepean region for aged care and community services. This collaboration allows us to offer you an even more comprehensive range of support, tailored to meet your unique needs.

We understand that the familiar faces of our dedicated drivers, home services staff, office staff and volunteers are a crucial part of the support you receive. We are delighted to share that these integral members of our team will remain unchanged. You can continue to expect the same reliable and caring service you've come to know and trust. We will still remain active in our LGA’s of Blacktown, Penrith and the Blue Mountains, with depots and offices in each location.

Additionally, the formation of a new board of directors, made up from a mixture of existing board members who have served you faithfully have been appointed and in turn, they have appointed Jessica Innes as our new Chief Executive Officer. These are positive steps toward strengthening our ability to serve you better. We believe these enhancements will contribute positively to the services you rely on.
